Support for Pastors

The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. —Luke 10:2

God designed the body of Christ to function as individual living stones with various gifts that He fits together to form one structure. That means that one stone (the pastor) is not required to do everything. So many times our pastors take on the burdens of their flock and leave little space for their own self-care. They also face many challenges in dealing with pastoral relationships and church politics.

Cross-Purpose Ministries offers confidential counseling to pastors and their families who need support outside their own church. We offer help with pastors dealing with burn-out, the stress of church division or other issues that arise in congregations.
